The role and strategic position of standards in economic and social development have become increasingly prominent.With the continuous strengthening of standard quality,continuous improvement of standard system and constant accumulation of standard resources,a massive "standard resource pool" has been formed,which has raised higher requirements for standardized management and standard development.Standard system research is an important method of standardization management.The traditional standard system mainly describes the architecture centred on the standards,it lacks the description of the standard content and the relationships between standards,and it can't fully exert the coordination and matching of the standard.Aiming at the above problems,this paper combines the Model Based System Engineering(MBSE)method with the standardization principle and method,and proposes the standard system construction method based on MBSE,and applies it to the research of the international standard system for ISO/TC10/SC6.First of all,based on the analysis of theoretical basis of MBSE practice,the logical framework of MBSE application in standard system construction was proposed combining with the principles of standard system construction and general methods.It provides ideas for the research of standard system for ISO/TC10/SC6.Secondly,the content of standards within the standard system of ISO/TC10/SC6,the correlation between standards,and the correlation between relevant standardization technical committees are analysed.Applying the meta-modeling mechanism,the meta-model of standard system for ISO/TC10/SC6 is established by extracting and integrating the key semantic information of the standards.The data is organized and stored in XML files to ensure the consistency and accuracy of the model data.Thirdly,based on the meta-model of standard system for ISO/TC10/SC6,the model of standard system for ISO/TC10/SC6 is constructed by System Modeling Language(SysML)and Enterprise Architect modeling tools.The international standard system for ISO/TC10/SC6 is analyzed in terms of standard function categories,standard contents and standard layout.At the same time,the problem of standard missing is identified.Finally,based on the model of standard system for ISO/TC10/SC6 and the analysis results of the standard system,combining with the practical application and standardization requirements of digital modeling and simulation technology of mechanical products,suggestions for the development of international standards for digital modeling and simulation of mechanical products are presented.The key content of the standards is studied,which provides support for the development of related standards in the future.
