With the continuous promotion and application of related technologies such as smart substation communication and automation,various types of information exchange methods of traditional substations have gradually changed.A large number of secondary circuits in traditional substations use cables for functional realization;while smart substations use fiber optic cables and software logic to describe the interconnections between different devices using secondary system profiles.Due to the change of the information interaction mode between the secondary equipments of the smart substation,the concept of "significant electrical disconnection point" must be followed in the safety measures of the traditional substation exit loop.In the smart substation,there is no way to inherit the cable secondary loop.The theoretical system and equipment maintenance mechanism of secondary equipment overhaul related to it are far from meeting the needs of the development of smart substation.Therefore,strengthening the research on the standardized inspection of secondary equipment in smart substation has important theoretical significance and practical value.The content of this article is as follows:Firstly,based on the secondary safety measures during operation,maintenance and overhaul of smart substation,the smart substation network architecture is decomposed and analyzed,and the communication link between the secondary equipment in the substation and its related equipment is discussed in depth,and the theoretical basis of the field maintenance personnel is realized.Through the classification and research of the main secondary equipment single-unit debugging method and content in the substation,the standard secondary maintenance process plan of the on-site secondary equipment was constructed to provide technical support for on-site secondary equipment maintenance.Secondly,it analyzes in detail the various message maintenance mechanisms in the smart substation,and discusses in detail the maintenance mechanism between the main secondary equipment and its related operating equipment in the station.By exiting the protection function pressure plate,the SV/GOOSE soft pressure plate participating in the internal logic operation is Return to the actual potential remote signal,participate in the internal logic operation of the trip exit,maintain the state hard disk,and ensure that the on-site inspection work is safe and controllable according to the needs of the field work.Finally,taking the on-site operation and maintenance of the secondary equipment of 220kV Tunxi Substation as an example,the safety precautions of the secondary equipment during overhaul are analyzed in depth.And by implementing secondary safety measures that meet the actual needs of the site,it is used to ensure that on-site operation and maintenance work can be completed safely.In summary.through the discussion of the methods and safety measures for the overhaul of secondary equipment,the safety risk management system,procedures and on-site attention and hazard points of various secondary maintenance work are based on the safety risk management and control.To form a standardized maintenance mechanism,provide theoretical and technical reference for the standardized maintenance and inspection of secondary equipment of smart substation,and ensure the safe and stable operation of power grids and equipment.
