At present,with the rapid development of urbanization and the continuous improvement of technology level,the gas insulated switchgear(GIS-Gas Insulated Switchgear)has been vigorously developed,gradually replacing the open high-voltage power equipment in the past.This is because GIS has stable performance and maintenance.Simple and small footprint.However,because the internal structure of GIS is complex,the equipment quality standard is high,the manufacturing process is strict,and the maintenance process is complicated.For GIS with higher voltage level and system capacity,the possibility of failure is greater.If there is a failure,the power system the safety and stability of the operation is very large.In recent years,in the 110kV and above power grids,the proportion of GIS loading has increased year by year,but with the increase in the amount of equipment,equipment defects and faults have also been exposed.This topic combines my work experience to calculate the faults and defects of the combined electrical equipment of Shandong Power Grid and State Grid Corporation.The common defects of GIS equipment are divided into three categories,partial discharge defects,heat generation defects and mechanical defects,among which partial discharge defects including free metal particles,corona discharge and floating potential,heating type defects include current heating type and voltage heating type,mechanical type defects include foreign matter defects,assembly defects and material defects.Through the analysis of infrared temperature measurement technology,ultrasonic technology,ultra-high frequency technology and digital imaging technology,the subject detects the defects of GIS,evaluates the operation status of the equipment,and makes decisions for equipment maintenance.In addition,X-ray digital imaging technology is analyzed,which can visualize and quantify defects,effectively promote the practical process of X-ray digital imaging detection,provide basis for GIS state maintenance,avoid blind maintenance,improve maintenance efficiency,and secure GIS.Reliable operation provides strong technical support,reduces accidents,reduces the labor intensity of operators,and reduces maintenance costs.It is recommended that the inspection personnel arrange the power failure treatment measures according to the defect conditions,strengthen the inspection before the defect treatment,and shorten the cycle tracking detection.Equipment manufacturers should strictly control the installation quality and installation process,strengthen the supervision and management of the equipment production process,and ensure the safe operation of equipment.
