In this paper,aiming at creating a comfortable residential wind environment,optimizing the design method of residential areas and promoting the improvement of urban environmental quality,the wind environment simulation analysis is carried out from various architectural design elements in the design of high-rise residential areas and the internal and external environments of residential areas.The influence law of various design elements on the wind environment of the pedestrian zone is obtained,and corresponding optimization methods are formed.At the same time,more architectural design workers can understand the simulation methods and optimization methods of the wind environment of the pedestrian-style high-rise residential buildings under specific climatic conditions and architectural design conditions.Firstly,sorts out the wind environment requirements and research status in domestic and foreign,and compares the similarities and differences between wind environment research and wind environment related regulations.On the theoretical basis,on the one hand,it analyzes the characteristics of the wind environment surrounding the residential area and the importance of the study of the pedestrian wind height environment in the residential area.On the other hand,through the summary of the popular high-wind environment evaluation methods at home and abroad,the author of this paper is formed.Regional wind environment assessment method.In terms of technical preparation,the theory and experimental flow of the outdoor wind environment simulation of PHNENICS software are introduced..In terms of research preparation,the paper summarizes the wind field data of Beijing area and the design conditions of the slab high-rise residential area,and combines the results of the investigation and numerical simulation of the three slab high-rise residential areas to design.The wind environment simulation and analysis are carried out in the direction of the plane size,the building height,the building orientation and the layout of the building.After summarizing the above research results,the paper summarizes the high-rise residential areas in Beijing for improving the outdoor ventilation effect,enhancing the windblocking effect of residential areas,reducing the static wind area in residential areas and avoiding excessive local wind speed.Optimized design strategy for wind environment in pedestrian areas.Furthermore,the design scope of the high-rise residential area in the form of a good pedestrian wind environment under the typical wind environment in Beijing is summarized.In the size of the building,the building height is determined to be between 1.67-2.The horizontal spacing of the building is about 18m;the highest layout plan on the south side of the overall layout of the building and the height-to-length ratio of the windward side building is less than 1,the building orientation is about 15° southwest or the layout of the building is the Mixed 2;The area is surrounded by panel buildings,on the east side of the wide road or on the west or south side of the square.Finally,a regional pedestrian environment wind environment optimization research process and a pedestrian-level regional wind environment optimization design strategy for the high-rise residential area were formed,which provided a reference for designers and researchers.
