Underwater Opening and Pumping Equipment is an important tool in shipwreck salvage.This article reviews the operation process of underwater drilling and pumping,the current underwater drilling technology,contrasts the advantages and disadvantages between abrasive water jet cutting and traditional cutting methods.Combining research status and development direction,an underwater opening and pumping equipment has been put forward.In order to determine the cutting parameters of the abrasive water jet cutting,the FEM-SPH numerical simulation method was used to simulate the process of cutting the steel plate by abrasive water jet.By this method,the model of steel plate was established by FEM while the model of abrasive water jet was established by SPH,then a random algorithm was used to achieve random distribution of abrasive particles and water.According to the pump pressure,different incident and traverse speeds were imparted to the abrasive water jet,then solve the simulation results.According to the simulation results,analyze the cutting effect influenced by the incident velocity and traverse speeds,and then compare the simulation results with the test.Combining with the actual wall thickness of the shipwreck,determine the optimal pump pressure and traverse speed,which will provide a dimensional data basis for the equipment design.The equipment design of underwater opening and pumping oil from sunken ships.According to the operating environment,functional requirements and design specifications,analysis cutting actuators commonly used for abrasive water jets,then complete the structural design of the opening part and the pumping part of the equipment.According to the design specifications,determine the sealing method of the equipment,complete the selection of sealing rings and the structural design of the sealing groove.For the opening part of the equipment is driven by a motor,complete the selection of the motor and its control system design.Complete the machining of the equipment prototype and the opening test,verify the drilling function of the equipment and the feedbackof the pumping pipe.Then according to the problems in the processing assembly and test,the optimized design of the equipment structure was completed.
