In the context of increasing international trade,container shipping business is growing in proportion.The development of container multimodal transport has been regarded as one of the important symbols of the development of modem logistics transportation in the world.The standardization of container transportation has laid a foundation for the rapid development of highway and railway transportation.In order to meet the needs of customers with higher standards,more traditional cargo transportation modes are being transformed into container transportation modes.With the increasing throughput of container ports,higher requirements are put forward for the production mode of container terminals.The traditional production mode not only limits the throughput rate of container terminals,but also increases the operation cost of the terminals,which is at a disadvantage in the increasingly competitive environment.In view of the fact that the traditional port "operation line" loading and unloading mode produces too low load rate of trucks,this paper aims at minimizing the total working time of trucks on loading and unloading bridges by dispatching the trucks in "operation side " mode,considering the working time of each component in the transport route,the model is built and the container transport route is planned so as to avoid excessive empty return berth and improve the overload rate of the truck;By using modem computer simulation technology,the production process of container terminal is simulated to realize the real-time dispatch of trucks,to prevent the serious jam eaused by over satisfying the work of quayside bridge by trucks,and to form the phenomenon that input and output run counter to each other.In summary,through the analysis of the production mode of container terminal,the container crane coordinated scheduling is adopted in the loading and unloading operation.In the algorithm,genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and the scheduling scheme is introduced into the computer simulation model for dynamic scheduling.The results show that this scheduling method can effectively improve the efficiency of loading and unloading,reduce the no-load distance of the truck and improve its utilization and put forward a reasonable number of trucks under this example model.
