| With the rapid development of global economic integration,China’s seaborne trade volume has increased year by year, and goods are transported to all parts of the world through the collection and distribution system, which puts forward higher requirements for port construction and port collection and distribution system construction. The application of low-carbon environmental protection concepts in various fields has enabled low-carbon transportation to be given new connotations and development requirements. At the same time, due to the rapid development of dry ports and perfect service functions,it has become an important position in the port collection and distribution system. In view of this,it is of theoretical value and application significance to consider the dry port as a transit node and consider the optimization of the port cargo plan affected by the customs clearance of dry ports.Firstly, the paper reviews the three aspects of dry port, collection and distribution optimization and low carbon collection and transportation, analyzes the differences of the research questions in this paper, and highlights the research value.Secondly,it analyzes and introduces related concepts and related theoretical knowledge.Specifically,it includes the effects of collection and distribution system, port collection system, transfer station and dry port, and low carbon on collection and transportation;considering loading time constraints, road capacity constraints and storage capacity of transit nodes, customs clearance and transit of domestic and foreign trade, etc.Difference, establish a mathematical model aiming at minimizing the sum of transportation cost, customs clearance cost, storage cost and carbon tax cost, design related heuristic algorithm for problem and mathematical model, finally design the example experiment of this paper, compare optimization scheme and single The cost of the transportation method is verified to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm. This paper considers the impact of carbon emission and customs clearance operations on port transportation during the port collection process.Under the customer’s demand,it reduces the carrier’s freight collection cost and provides a scientific and reasonable optimization plan for the carrier’s port transportation. |
