Research On The Construction Of Financial Shared Service Center Of A Power Generation Group

Since the power industry reform,although the power industry in China has undergone continuous reform and development over the years,but the huge organization,outdated management concepts and inefficient work atmosphere,in particular,the low efficiency of the basic units does not match the high-speed development of the power industry,deviating from the vision of enterprise development and hindering the improvement of customer satisfaction.Faced with this background,the development and progress of power companies in the new era needs advanced management concepts and management methods to achieve,and the most important thing in enterprise management content is financial management.Power companies such as China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group Co.,Ltd.,China Guodian Corporation,State Power Investment Group Co.,Ltd.,China State Grid have successively established financial shared centers.This thesis took A Power Generation Group as the research object,combined the characteristics of power industry,studied the current situation and existing problems of financial management with literature research method and case analysis method,including the problems of high management cost,poor business execution ability and poor decision support ability.After fully considering the different stages of the financial shared service center,provided comprehensive financial management system plan for the construction of financial shared service center,involved organizational structure and division of responsibilities,composition of operational system,operational processes,etc.I also provided implementation guarantees for possible risks,including full support from the company’s management,continuous information technology support,good human resource management,internal and external risk management,and organizational and individual performance appraisal.This research provides reference for other Power Group and other large enterprises to build a financial shared service center,and has practical significance for simplifying business processes,improving overall efficiency,reducing costs,improving control capabilities of enterprise groups,and enhancing core competitiveness.
