A Study On Vocational Training Of New Generation Migrant Workers In Shenzhen Construction Industry

Employee training is an important way to improve employee’s ability and accomplishment.The analysis of employee training needs,the setting and application of content and methods,training evaluation and motivation are helpful to improve the quality of employee training.Compared with the workers with relatively complete knowledge and technical learning or training background,a large number of new-generation migrant workers have been introduced into the development of Shenzhen construction industry.Although the knowledge level and technical ability of the new-generation migrant workers have slightly improved,they should adapt to the rising technical requirements in the development of construction industry and ensure construction.Construction and other work safety,quality standards,but also need to accept certain training.In recent years,Shenzhen local government,construction industry associations and some enterprises employing the new generation of migrant workers in the construction industry have also begun to pay attention to vocational training for the new generation of migrant workers.However,there are still some problems in the vocational training of the new generation of migrant workers,which hinder the achievement of training objectives.This paper combines the relevant theories of the vocational training of the new generation of migrant workers,links with the current situation of the vocational training of the new generation of migrant workers in Shenzhen construction industry,and illustrates the improvement of the vocational training environment of the new generation of migrant workers in Shenzhen construction industry from the perspectives of policy,employers’ concern and the improvement of the participation willingness of the new generation of migrant workers.It is affirmed that the specialized training institutions and trainers for the vocational training of the new generation of migrant workers in the construction industry in Shenzhen have increased to a certain extent,the pertinence of the vocational training content has been improved,and the site and facilities have been significantly improved.However,through field visits and surveys on the training of the new generation of migrant workers in the construction industry in different regions of Shenzhen,the coverage,organization and participation of the training,the main contents and methods of Vocational training,and the environment and guarantee of vocational training of the new generation of migrant workers in the construction industry in Shenzhen were sorted out.The vocational training of the new generation of migrant workers in the construction industry has improved slightly,but it still can not fully play its full functions,and there is still a certain gap between the training objectives.The main problems of vocational training for the new generation of migrant workers in Shenzhen construction industry are analyzed by combining theory with case studies.It is found that the atmosphere of vocational training is not strong enough,the professional level of vocational trainers is limited,the training audience is small and mobile,and the training facilities and venues are limited.Designing and perfecting the Countermeasures of vocational training for the new generation of migrant workers in Shenzhen construction industry,we hope that the new generation of migrant workers in construction industry can be better completed by optimizing the training atmosphere,optimizing the construction of Vocational trainers,expanding trainees and organically combining vocational training with vocational development,optimizing training facilities and venues.Training of the generation of migrant workers.
