Ethical Considerations In The Development And Use Of Non-lethal Chemical Weapons

As a military name which is extremely full of characteristic of time,non-lethal chemical weapons highlight the ethical puzzle of the conflict between technological iteration and survival of humans,so it has strongly ethical connotation.This paper set forth the special ethical connotation of non-lethal chemical weapons from military,technology and ethical,analyzed the ethical crisis of non-lethal chemical weapons designing and using,defined the ethical responsibility of scientists,politicians and soldiers.Based on the theory and reality to measure the nature and life ethical puzzle from the non-lethal chemical weapons designing and using courses in detail and criticized them.On the constructing of future non-lethal chemical weapons ethic,the paper raised the suggestions to ease the ethical load of non-lethal chemical weapons.Aimed at the research object,the paper gave the basic views to the ethical puzzle of non-lethal chemical weapons from philosophy of science and technology,military ethic and politics,and also gave the solving methods and made the analysis.
