Research On The Current Situation And Future Demand Of General Aviation In Gansu Province

General aviation is a capitally,technologically intensive industry,with high degree of relevance.It is in line with the direction of China’s upgrading of industry and consumption,which has drawn much attention of the government and society.Although China is still in the initial stage of aircraft manufacturing,service and operations at present,the general aviation industry has a huge space of development in scale,demand and providing employment etc.with the continued introduction of incentives the and the improvement of development environment.In order to speed up the development of general aviation in Gansu Province and make it a new economic growth point,we need to learn from other countries and accumulate experience.In this paper,taking research of development as the main line,literature analysis,comparative study,logical deduction,literature review and other methods are fully used.Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign general aviation industry development status and research status,experience and lessons of the development of general aviation industry are learned.With the current situation of general aviation industry in Gansu Province,the history,prospects and strategy of Gansu Province general aviation industry development are systematically analyzed from supply system,demand system and industry development strategy point of view.First,based on the analysis of the history,current situation and development trend of the domestic and foreign general aviation industry,the general aviation industry of Gansu Province is compared with foreign countries in the industrial scale,market structure etc..Then,the general situation and methodology of the research about general aviation are summarized,which lays a good foundation for the following model.At the same time,the status,problems and development trend of the industry are analyzed.Based on the analysis of the general aviation hub concept and the main factors that influence its construction,the current status and future trend of the provincial hub are also analyzed.Second,through the research of the general aviation industry supply and demand system of Gansu Province,the production and demand characteristics of general aviation industry in Gansu Province are analyzed.On this basis,the future business demands and support policy demands requirements of Gansu general aviation industry are analyzed.It is also found that although the demand of the market potential is enormous,currently,there are various problems in the industrial supply system and demand system that need to be solved immediately.Finally,integrating SWOT analysis method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)theory.The industry strategic analysis and strategic choice model is established,and an empirical study of general aviation industry development strategy in Gansu Province is carried out,which verifies the validity of the model,and which reached a conclusion that the best plan of general aviation industry in Gansu province is “development strategy”.The conclusion has a certain significance to the general aviation industry development strategy in Gansu province.
