Flight simulator is an important device for flight training,and flight simulation training has been widely used in civil aviation and air force pilot training.This topic comes from the construction of a key discipline construction project in higher education institutions applied for by the School of Mechanical Engineering of North University of China-General Aviation Ground Construction of the flight simulator technology platform,research and implementation of the visual simulation system in the flight simulator,and development of a flight simulation technology platform with high cost performance,short development cycle,strong versatility and high modularity for the flight simulator technology platform research and development The visual simulation system of the device cooperates to complete the construction of the technology platform.First of all,this paper makes an in-depth study and analysis of the 3D visual modeling tools.In the establishment of the visual database,the multi Gen creator based visual modeling method is used,and the key technologies in the 3D modeling are analyzed in detail.By using the optimization method of 3D modeling,the 3D terrain model,the aircraft model and the airport model are established.In this part,the creation process and optimization method of visual database are studied,which improves the real-time performance and rendering speed of the system.Secondly,in the driver implementation of visual simulation system,this paper deeply analyzes the current commonly used visual driving engine,selects the appropriate visual driving software Vega Prime,and focuses on the realization of scene special effects,collision detection,and multi view and multi-channel in the visual simulation system.Then,the six degree of freedom mathematical model of the general aviation fixed wing aircraft simulated in the visual simulation system is established,so that the visual simulation system can solve the flight position and attitude information of the aircraft in real time according to the model.Finally,the data interaction and calculation engine of the system are realized,and a visual simulation system composed of terrain,airport,flight environment and weather is completed,Combined with the operation load system,the function verification and result analysis of the visual simulation system were carried out.
