Research On Practical Teaching Reform Of Engineering Training In Universities For Nationalities Under The Background Of Engineering Education Certification

China is a big country of engineering education.With the rapid development of industry and the trend of economic globalization,a large number of engineering and technical talents of different majors are internationally recognized.This requires China to build a quality monitoring system of engineering education and a contact mechanism between engineering education and enterprises,so as to promote the reform of engineering education in China and further improve the quality of engineering education.To enhance the adaptability of engineering education personnel training to industrial development and promote the international mutual recognition of engineering education in China,it is imperative to carry out engineering education professional certification in China.Engineering education professional certification includes a series of engineering majors,such as chemical pharmacy,materials,machinery and so on.Polymer materials and engineering major is an important branch of chemical engineering,so it is necessary to carry out engineering education professional certification.In the process of engineering education certification,practical teaching is an important link.Engineering training is the foundation of engineering professional practice teaching,which requires colleges and universities to reform the practical teaching of engineering training.The practice teaching of engineering training in national colleges and universities should make full use of this new situation,so that the reform of engineering education will have a lasting and positive role in promoting the reform and development of polymer materials and engineering specialty.The paper uses the literature research method to summarize the domestic and foreign engineering education certification and engineering training situation,and elaborates on the engineering education certification,engineering training,and practical teaching.The importance of cultivating engineering talents.In addition,based on field visits and systematic analysis and analysis of the feedback data of the questionnaire,the gap between the practical teaching of polymer materials and engineering training in Northwest Minzu University and the engineering training and engineering education certification standards was compared,and the current stage Northwest Minzu University polymer materials and engineering major engineering training practice teaching in the six aspects of the teaching staff,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching organization,teaching quality,teaching equipment and other six aspects of the existing problems,combined with engineering education certification standards for engineering talents Requirements,targeted reform strategies for the practical teaching of engineering training in ethnic colleges and universities.This paper mainly includes six parts,the first part is the introduction,which summarizes the research background,significance and research situation at home and abroad,and puts forward the research scheme.The second part summarizes the related theories of engineering education professional certification and engineering training practice teaching.In the third part,a questionnaire survey was designed on the teaching staff,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching organization,teaching quality and teaching equipment of polymer materials and engineering specialty in Northwest Minzu University.The fourth part summarizes and analyzes the practical teaching of polymer materials and engineering specialty in Northwest Minzu University.In the fifth part,aiming at the problems existing in the practical teaching of polymer materials and engineering in Northwest Minzu University,the corresponding reform strategies are put forward.The sixth part summarizes the whole research and analyzes the shortcomings of our research.
