With the continuous emergence of advanced and sophisticated technologies in modern times,the safety,reliability,convenience and comfort of urban rail transit systems have been greatly improved,which has also made it develop into a huge and complex system.During the construction of such projects,the interfaces of the subsystems are related to each other,affect each other,and restrict each other.Good interface management capabilities are of great significance to ensure the comprehensive achievement of goals such as time,quality,and cost.However,as far as engineering practice is concerned,the interface management capabilities of most urban rail transit projects still have much room for improvement,especially the lack of a scientific and reasonable evaluation and assessment system for the interface management capabilities of urban rail transit engineering projects.This restricts the efficiency and effectiveness of interface management.Therefore,this thesis conducts research on the evaluation of the interface management capabilities of urban rail transit projects,and the main contents are as follows:First,the connotation and composition of the interface management capability of urban rail transit engineering are analyzed.Based on a review and elaboration of the development history,composition,and interface management theory of urban rail transit projects,this thesis explains the connotation of the interface management capabilities of urban rail transit engineering projects,from the engineering interface management capabilities,organizational interface management capabilities,and contract interface management capabilities.The three constituent dimensions analyze the specific content in-depth and lay the foundation for the construction of the corresponding evaluation index system.Secondly,an evaluation index system for the interface management capability of urban rail transit engineering is established.Combined with the connotation andcomposition of the management capability of the urban rail transit interface,based on clarifying the principles and methods for formulating the evaluation index system for the interface management capability of urban rail transit projects,the evaluation at all levels was determined through steps such as preliminary selection,secondary correction,and consistency check.Indicators,thus forming an evaluation index system of interface management capabilities for urban rail transit engineering projects with good internal consistency.Then,a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the interface management capability of urban rail transit engineering is constructed.This thesis uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct an evaluation model of the interface management capability of urban rail transit engineering projects.The modeling process includes: establishing the index set and evaluation set of the interface management capability of urban rail transit engineering projects;Corresponding weighting system;constructing fuzzy evaluation matrix to calculate comprehensive evaluation results;and making comprehensive evaluation based on judgment criteria.Finally,this thesis takes the two urban rail transit engineering projects of subway A and B in city Z as the case analysis objects,and applies the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the interface management capability of the urban rail transit engineering project constructed in the previous thesis,and separately performs its interface management capabilities.Overview.Through a comparative analysis of the evaluation results,suggestions for improving the management capabilities of targeted interfaces are put forward,and the effectiveness of the evaluation model in this thesis is verified.To sum up,this thesis conducts an in-depth study on the evaluation of the interface management capability of urban rail transit projects.The obtained research results have extended the theoretical research on interface management of urban rail transit engineering projects to a certain extent,and have provided tool support and useful references for departments and personnel engaged in interface management work,and have improved the level of interface management capabilities of urban railtransit engineering projects.It has practical significance.
