As a complex system engineering,the urban rail transit electromechanical engineering has narrow space,numerous specialties and intensive technology.There will be a lot of complex interface problems in the engineering construction.Improper management will have a serious impact on the quality,progress,safety and cost of the project.Interface management strategy is the soul and core of interface management.Research on interface management strategy is of great significance to enhance the level of interface management,and even to enhance the level of the whole project construction management.Starting with the development of urban rail transit,this paper introduces the basic concepts and management characteristics of electromechanical engineering of urban rail transit,and expounds the basic theory of interface and interface management of electromechanical engineering of urban rail transit.Then the root causes of interface problems and the characteristics with classification of electromechanical engineering interfaces were analyzed.At the same time,the work objectives,main contents and basic methods of interface management were discussed.Basing on the screening of the influencing factors of interface management,the theoretical model was constructed by expert interview method,for the analysis of the influencing factors of interface management.The influence degree of the interface management influence factors on the interface management effect was quantitatively evaluated,by the questionnaire survey of the electromechanical engineering management experts and the experienced practitioners.The data was processed by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the key influencing factors of interface management were obtained through calculation and analysis,which indicated the direction for the development of interface management strategy.Based on the analysis of key influencing factors of interface management,this paper uses the theory and method of organization management,refined management,whole process control and PDCA cycle to demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of strengthening the key factor management,and how to strengthen the key factor management.Based on the path and method,a combination of refined interface management strategies with ex-ante control as the core is formulated.The strategy combination includes PDCA cycle management strategy,pre-control management strategy,refined management strategy,task division strategy,work coordination and dispute resolution strategy.There are nine interface management strategies,such as the reward and punishment management strategy,the interface management strategy based on BIM technology,the full-time staffing strategy and the decision-making interface management strategy.The above management strategies are independent and unified organic whole.Finally,a theoretical model for the effectiveness evaluation of interface management was constructed,experimental basis for the interface management of urban rail transit electromechanical engineering.Through the application of interface management strategy in engineering practice,the questionnaire survey method and comparative analysis method were used to quantitatively evaluate the application effect,certificating the effectiveness of refined interface management strategy with ex-ante control as the core in engineering practice,which proves that it has certain practical significance and popularization value.
