As the power component of the aircraft hydraulic system,the aviation hydraulic piston pump is also the most important hydraulic component.It provides high-pressure hydraulic oil for the system and drives and controls various actuators.Its performance directly affects the realization of aircraft hydraulic system functions and the safety of aircraft flight.Due to the working characteristics of aircraft hydraulic systems,aviation hydraulic piston pumps usually work under the complex working conditions of high pressure,speed and vibration with a wide range of temperature.There are so many research difficulties in aviation hydraulic position when its working environment is very poor.At present,only a few domestic manufacturers of aviation hydraulic accessories can design and produce aviation hydraulic piston pumps,but their products still have some problems,such as low speed,poor stability,low reliability,short life,etc.,which seriously affects the system overall performance of aircraft hydraulic,so it is necessary and urgent to study its dynamic characteristics.In view of the current problems of aviation hydraulic piston pumps,a certain type of aviation high-pressure variable piston pump is taken as the research object,and it carries out research on its dynamic characteristics to provide a certain theoretical basis for further improving the performance of the pump.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Taking a certain type of aviation high-pressure variable piston pump as the research object,the piston pump structure and working principle are explained and analyzed.The mathematical model of the dynamic characteristics of the piston pump is established.(2)In order to further study dynamic characteristics of the high-pressure variable piston pump,it is built that the AMESim simulation model of a certain type of high-pressure variable piston pump is established based on the platform of AMESim simulation software.Then dynamic characteristics of the working process of the pump are simulated and analyzed.By use of the batch operation function of the software,it is studied that the effects of speed,swashplate angle,pressure regulating spring stiffness and oil temperature on the outlet pressure and flow characteristics of the piston pump.(3)In order to study the internal flow field distribution of the high-pressure variable piston pump,the CFD simulation model of internal flow field of a high-pressure variable piston pump is established,and it is simulated and calculated the internal flow field to obtain the pressure and flow distribution of this piston pump's internal flow field based on FLUENT fluid simulation software.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the shortcomings of the piston pump structure are found out.In addition,it is studied that the effects of rotating speed and swashplate angle on the internal flow field of the piston pump by changing the simulation parameters.(4)According to the requirements of the special product specification,a certain type of aviation high-pressure variable piston pump prototype was tested for performance.The performance of the piston pump prototype and the design requirements were verified through some experiments,and the experiments results were compared with the simulation results to verify the accuracy of the simulation model.
