The urban distribution network is directly oriented to the majority of power users,and is the hub for communication between power supply companies and power customers.With the continuous development of the social economy and the increasing demands of the people for quality of life,China has also made efforts to gradually convert the load center into high voltage as a criterion for the construction and transformation of urban and rural power grids,forming a high-voltage transmission-transformer buck-low-voltage transmission.User's power mode.The main goal of distribution network planning is to resolve the imbalance of power distribution points and to strengthen the existing distribution network structure.A scientific and rational planning distribution network can obtain huge economic and social benefits,and gradually increase the power supply capacity of the county power supply units as the starting point,based on the expected load data estimation results,to increasingly optimize the upgraded regional distribution network grid.For the work,close contact with the current national power policy and the leadership of electric power professionals,and rationally arrange the gradual construction of power engineering.This paper first compares the actual load data of the county-level city by using two different load forecasting models,namely near-far load forecasting and far-near load forecasting,and finally determines the load forecasting method.Firstly,this paper uses the two different load forecasting models from the county-level city distribution network load load,that is,the near-far load forecast and the near-far load forecast,respectively,compare the actual load data of the county-level cities,and finally determine the load forecasting method.Secondly,through the introduction of the economic and social development of the region,the current problems of the high-voltage distribution network are analyzed and enumerated.The power forecasting is carried out through three kinds of high,medium and low voltages,and the best solution is selected as the prediction result.The construction plan of the high-voltage substation was introduced,and the subsequent data calculation ensured the stability and safety of the distribution network after the planningFinally,this paper combines the intelligent distribution network planning,data calculation from the aspects of transmission,distribution,and electricity consumption,and the decisive factors for the investment in the distribution network,including the annual comprehensive cost and the maximum expected return,comprehensively proves the proposed The practicality and superiority of the intelligent distribution network planning scheme are of great significance to the scientific development of the smart grid.
