| With the "Intelligent Manufacturing 2025" strategy,the next 20 to 30 years will be China’s industry to achieve corner overtaking,beyond the western developed countries industrial level of an important opportunity period.At present,although some enterprises in China have caught up with developed country enterprises in some areas,but the overall level of China’s manufacturing industry and developed countries still have a big gap,some enterprises still stay in the original mode of operation,foreign advanced management methods,ideas of concern is not enough,resulting in market competitiveness is not strong,pull down the overall level of the industry,weakened the voice of speech.Therefore,as far as the current situation in China is concerned,foreign mature on-site management theory,methods,experience is still worthy of many domestic enterprises to study and emulate.Although the research on 5S management at home and abroad has been vast,but rooted in the old industrial base in northeast China’s enterprise production workshop 5S application research is still very limited,to be supplemented and perfected.Based on the 5S field management theory,this paper expounds the current situation of YF company machine tool workshop on-site management,and uses 5S management method to analyze and explore the problems and corresponding reasons of YF’s machine tool workshop on-site management.According to the actual situation of YF machine tool workshop and combined with what the author has learned on yF machine tool workshop field management put forward a scientific fit of the actual 5S field management countermeasures,in order to provide a little reference for yF machine tool workshop production and operation improvement.It is hoped that the research of this paper can make due contribution to the improvement of the level of on-site management of similar production workshops in the future. |
