Pakistan is a developing country and constructional activities are speedily increase with the economic progress of 4.24%in 2014-2015.Here the author going to focus the Delay causes of newly constructed Islamabad international airport project.The aim of this case was to find out the causes of delay and indicate all those factors which effect the newly airport constructed Islamabad international airport project Performance.To find out these two basic objective of this dissertation first of all the author choose qualitative data,and pick out three different organizations who were close familiar to CAA project,the three different organizations are GTAASR,CAA,and AGPR,13 qualified respondents were target and start interviews from them,Microsoft word were used to compile raw data after collecting all the interviews using NVivo 10 software to generate coding.Create themes,and finally publish the report for data analysis.13 delay causes factors were coded during the interviews that's are poor planning,price fluctuation,Corruption,Lack of communication in between employees,lack of skills,material shortage risk during construction stage.financial deficit,lack of supervision during project life cycle,political influence although there are many more minor influencing factor but I have indicate the highly influencing,and 8 big factors were indicate and code after a thoroughly interviews with respondents on second objective of this research that factors which effect the performance of CAA project,that are respondents goes toward bankruptcy,project cost escalation,due to delay of this project later the design was changed,pollution occur around the project area,increase in unemployment,Sitting government feel bad image toward people,relocation of all the services and also all the economic development were sink.
