| After the proposal of "one belt and one road",China and Europe have become the "core" and "main force" measures to implement this national initiative.Qingzhou municipal government fully realized the strategic significance of the development of China Europe train,firmly grasped the "window period" of the development,and with the help of strength and deep participation,the operation of the train showed a good development trend of rapid increase in quantity,stable frequency and improved efficiency.Based on the practice of the Qingzhou municipal government of Shandong Province in carrying out the China-European Banquet,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of field investigation,principal component analysis,correlation analysis and comparative analysis to conclude that the measures taken by the Qingzhou municipal government to improve the organizational system,optimize the class subsidy and improve the infrastructure have a strong positive correlation with the normalization of the Banquet in Central Europe,and the government financial stickers and regulations.Fan's leading role is the most important.At the same time,there are also some problems,such as high transportation cost,imperfect system,and subsidies to be improved.These problems are closely related to the deepening market competition,lack of talents and the threshold value of county city resources.This study shows that in the normal operation of China Europe train,the role of local government as the main body can not be ignored.The government needs to play the role of "train" producer,service provider,coordinator and maintainer,strengthen industrial supporting,supplement infrastructure,optimize train subsidies,etc.,fully stimulate the enthusiasm of the market and enterprises,so as to promote the long-term development of China Europe train.Healthy development.This can provide some reference for local governments to promote the development of China Europe train. |
