Micro-flywheel system is commonly used in satellite as the implementing agency of attitude control system.The performance will directly affect the life of the satellite.Therefore,before put into use as a product,it is necessary to test the function and performance of Micro-flywheel in detail.In order to solve problems in traditional Micro-flywheel test experiment,including inaccurate test data,complex test process and high professional requirements of testers,it is very important to develop a Micro-flywheel automatic test system with high automation,accurate test results and easy operation.The following research is as follows:(1)Based on requirements of the Micro-flywheel test experiment,the overall software and hardware design of the system are described.Based on derating design and redundancy design and modular design,the test system is divided into three subsystems: Micro-flywheel motor test equipment,Micro-flywheel printed circuit board test equipment and Micro-flywheel product test equipment.Through the analysis of the hardware module and software function of the Micro-flywheel automatic test system,the overall framework of the system is designed,and the key experimental process is analyzed.(2)Complete the design of hardware and module selection of the Micro-flywheel automatic test system.First of all,it introduces the hardware selection and design of the Micro-flywheel motor test equipment,including motor driver,system power supply,data-acquisition card and sensors.Secondly,it introduces the overall hardware architecture design of the Micro-flywheel printed circuit board test equipment,focusing on the design of signal multiplexing circuit and isolation sampling circuit.Finally,the hardware selection and design of the Micro-flywheel product test equipment are introduced.(3)Complete the software design of Micro-flywheel automatic test system.By analyzing the structure of the automatic test system and the experiment of the Micro-flywheel,and based on the idea of object-oriented programming and modularization,complete the overall architecture and general module design of the software system;According to the specific characteristics of each subsystem experiment project,the realization of each subsystem specific module is completed,including the design of human-machine interface,equipment communication and control,data processing,report generation and other modules is completed.(4)Complete system test and result verification.First,the key printed circuit board test is completed to ensure the accuracy and stability of the system hardware;secondly,complete the software function test,including key test items and long-term running stability verification.Finally,verify the system monitoring and protection function,ensure that the system can effectively monitor the abnormal conditions of the tested equipment and provide effective hardware and software protection.The Micro-flywheel automatic test system has been verified by actual project.In the production process of Micro-flywheel,the system can quickly and accurately complete the relevant test experiments,its function and performance meet the design requirements,and can effectively complete the automatic test tasks of Micro-flywheel products in various stages.
