Research On Coordination Modulus Of Hardcover Residential Space And Cabinet Furniture

Under the policy background of vigorously promoting the industrialization of residential fine decoration in China,the Real Estate development enterprises urgently need to adapt to the large-scale fine decoration mode,and the housing cabinet furniture parts have a high success rate of one-time installation.In the article,the residential demand as a starting point,combined with China’s national building coordination modulus standard,standardization theory,modular theory,ergonomics theory,etc.,to explore the design method of reverse infer from cabinet furniture design to residential space design.Firstly,this paper expounds the social and economic background,industrial technology background and policy background of the development of China’s housing fine decoration industry,and puts forward the necessity and inevitability of the industrialization of housing fine decoration.Analysis of research status at domestic and foreign and on-site household survey,it is found that the module of cabinet furniture component design and residential space design is not coordinated in China’s residential space design,at the same time,there are problems such as low success rate of large-scale cabinet furniture installation.Then,according to the " Building Modulus Coordination Standard GB/T50002-2013"issued by the Ministry of housing and urban rural development of China,this paper expounds the modular coordination relationship and modulus calculation method between cabinet furniture design and residential space design,and demonstrates the feasibility of inferring resi-dential space design based on cabinet furniture design.The modular design method of cabinet furniture based on the calculation method of coordination modulus is deduced.It is emphasized that several functional modules that can be combined and standardized can be designed in advance according to the standardization theory and modular theory.This paper presents a logical method to deduce the functional space layout design of residence according to the design module of cabinet furniture.This method is based on the home demand analysis and ergonomics theory of interior(furniture)design.Through the reasonable arrangement of standardized cabinet furniture design modules in different residential functional spaces,different residential functional space structures with modular co-ordination are designed,and then the overall residential space structure is assembled with different residential functional spaces.Finally,according to the modular coordination relationship between cabinet furniture design and residential space design,the standardized and modular design of residential space is realized,which provides a new design method for the fine decoration residential space design in China,and provides a new method and new idea to solve the problem of non-coordination of design modulus between housing and cabinet furniture parts.
