Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous innovation and development of China’s high-speed rail technology,the technology of EMU has made a breakthrough development.As the core component of the EMU,it is very important to test the stability and reliability of the diesel generator unit by load test before the EMU leaves the factory and the line runs.At present,there are mainly two load modes: water resistance load and dry resistance load.Because of the advantages of dry resistance load,such as small area and no pollution to the environment,it has excellent application and development prospects.However,the traditional dry load test system has many problems in the control of the fan motor,the continuous adjustment of the load and the automation technology,which limits its application and promotion.This thesis will carry out technical transformation and upgrading according to the original dry resistance load test system of the enterprise,mainly research and solve the application problem of D / A weight resistance network model in the digital circuit in the continuous regulation of dry load,and design a new dry load test system of EMU.The main research contents and achievements of this thesis are as follows:1.The advantages and disadvantages of water resistance load test and dry load test are compared and analyzed.Compared with the water resistance load test system,the dry load test has a great improvement in the stability and reliability of the test.Combined with the requirements of the enterprise and the situation of the test site,according to the development trend and technical requirements of diesel generator set of EMU,the dry load test system is selected to carry out the constant power load test on the power pack of EMU in the enterprise,and a new dry load test system of EMU is built on the site.2.According to the energy conversion principle of the load test of the diesel engine generator set and the performance parameters of the power pack of the internal combustion multiple unit of the enterprise,combined with the test site conditions and the requirements of the enterprise,the thesis studies and designs the overall scheme of the new dry load test system,builds the main circuit and control circuit diagram of the test system,and completes the construction and hardware of the hardware platform of the new dry load test system Part selection.3.In this thesis,the problem of load continuous regulation of dry load test system is studied deeply.Based on the principle of D / A weight resistance decoding network circuit in digital circuit,the control characteristics of dry resistance as test load of generator set are analyzed.A method of load continuous regulation of dry load test system is proposed by using subsection control method,combining fuzzy control theory and binary search algorithm A new way of thinking.4.A new type of dry load test system is designed.The data acquisition and processing system and software protection processing technology are studied and introduced in detail.The whole system can run stably and reliably.5.The related test items and steps of power pack performance test are introduced.The stability and reliability of the new dry load test system are verified and evaluated through the power pack field test.Compared with the original water resistance load test system,the new dry load test system of EMU not only improves the accuracy and reliability of data collection during the test,but also greatly improves the intelligence and automation of locomotive constant power load test,which can meet the load test of large capacity diesel generator set.The new dry-type load test system is easy to operate,greatly reduces the work intensity of the field test personnel,and has the advantages of safety and efficiency,which is conducive to improving the test efficiency and Capacity Upgrading when the enterprise carries out relevant tests.
