The Research On Landscape Design Of Jiangnan Homestay

In recent years,China's tourism industry has developed rapidly.As an important place for tourists to relax,homestay is a hot spot for leisure experience tourism.As a complex of the village's human landscape and natural landscape,the country house landscape is a window display of the rural landscape ecological environment and customs.Based on semiotics,architectural typology,landscape ecology,and landscape aesthetics theory,this paper proposes that the landscape of Jiangnan B&B should be based on local folklore characteristics and fully consider the landscape elements and cultural elements of the project area by analyzing and summarizing excellent domestic and foreign homestay design cases.In combination with field research,the Chongtou Village B&B in Yunhe Terrace Scenic Spot,Zhejiang Province was used as a case study.The specific research conclusions are as follows:(1)By reviewing domestic and foreign literature research materials,the definition of country houses and bed and breakfast landscapes is sorted out,the concepts of Jiangnan culture and local culture are studied,and the geographical area,cultural characteristics and cultural characteristics of clouds and terraces in Jiangnan are analyzed.Combined with related concepts and theories,the cultural elements of"ink and wash",the art of "hidden" gardening,and the folk features of "farming" are the cultural symbols of the bed and breakfast landscape,which provides a theoretical basis for the creation of the landscape conception of the Jiangnan bed and breakfast.(2)By drawing on the successful planning concepts of the Naked Valley and Hezhang Village B&B projects,the landscape design of Jiangnan B&B put forward the design principles of "integrity" and "inheritance".Maintain the original topography and village layout,divide different building types,renovate the building facade as a whole,and design the iconic entrance landscape;extract the local characteristic cultural elements,and combine the "bull headlight" and "open plow festival" with farming culture flavor Other folk custom activities are designed as"referable" farming sculpture sketches and decorative elements of the homestay;pay attention to the regional,spatial and seasonal characteristics of the plants,retain the native trees with excellent traits,and arrange the existing economy of peach,pear,bamboo,pomegranate,etc.The tree species with value and cultural meaning form a distinctive country house landscape atmosphere.(3)In-depth understanding of Chongtou Village's natural resources,human history,architectural status,landscape status and existing problems by reading Yunhe County Chronicles and field visits,and creating“Jiangnan nostalgia”on the premise of respecting the needs of the main users Tian Ju ".The essence of Jiangnan B&B's landscape construction strategy is expressed from the perspective of artistic conception creation and sensory experience.According to the intuitive material performances of black and white and gray tone buildings,agricultural cultural sculpture symbols,plant colors,and paving patterns encountered by tourists during the tour,they induce "nostalgia",Consciously creating poetic pastoral scenes.Using natural music such as bird song and dog bark,floral fragrance of rice,folk food aroma,and rich landscape sketches arranged in the country,provide farming activities,sports props and other experience items.(4)Based on the above research foundation,three types of Jiangnan B&B themed landscapes with similar themes and different themes were designed.The details include:"Flower" as the core of the"Peach Garden","Water" as the core of the fresh and quiet "bridge water pavilion",two "ink and wash" style homestays;and"Bamboo" as the core "Roll Bamboo Curtain","Wun Yun Xuan" with "Cloud" as the core,"Cai Ju Lan" with "Chrysanthemum" as the focus,and three "hidden" style homestays;take "Nong"as the clue The festive and lively "farming farm",the rustic"wu farm" with"recall" as the focus,and two "farming" style homestays.The seven different and themed guest house landscapes are mutually beneficial and can make people happy when they visit the village leisurely,allowing tourists of different ages to find a sense of belonging and linger on.
