There are many types of traditional residential buildings,large volume and wide distribution.After the vicissitudes of change,materialization.After thousands of years,today,still with its unique spatial form changes,exquisite handcrafting,rich and moving spiritual connotation to show the world the combination of nature and history derived from the vivid and moving architectural culture.The globalization expansion of economy and the acceleration of urban process have led to the disappearance of the context on which traditional residences depend,and the rate of disappearance of regional architectural culture.The Lake-cooked area has a long history,with the "Hushu culture" with the same name as "Hemudu culture",the traditional residential mass is huge,diverse,with high research value.At present,due to the urbanization process and the impact of the independent renewal of residential,traditional residential areas are facing decay and serious damage.If not guided in the right way,the lake-ripe country houses are likely to become forgotten objects and destroyed.In recent years,"homestay" "village protection" has become a hot topic,in a certain level for the development of rural economy has played a very important role,on the other hand,for the traditional residential and local culture has also played a good role in protecting and driving,in the face of the current lake familiar area of traditional residential damage and a series of serious problems,This paper tries to transform the traditional residential house into a residential house,and uses the homestay,which is a design method with economic benefits,to feed the protection and renewal of the traditional residence.First lying on the basis of field research on the local regional culture,the existing situation of residential and type distribution,secondly,analysis of the structural characteristics of the traditional residential buildings in the lake,analysis of the structure of the flat form,excavate the architectural form of traditional residential areas in the lake-and through the field case-Yaodong Back Street 4 residential design strategy research.The body part of the thesis mainly includes the following four chapters: the introduction part,the definition of related concepts,the development of local culture in the design of residential accommodation,the background study of the integration of homestays and traditional residential areas in the lake under the heritage of local culture,through theoretical research,case analysis,case practice combined methods,The protection of traditional residential buildings in Hushu area and the transformation of residential accommodation provide a certain design basis,and put forward the design strategy with local culture as the focus.Finally,in view of the actual demand of 4 residential buildings in Yaodong Back Street,combined with the research and analysis of traditional residential buildings in The Lake-cooked area,the design criteria for the design of the 4th residential building in Yaodong Back Street are remodeled,with a view to providing reference and reference for the design of the lake-cooked residential space under the local cultural heritage.
