Study On Neighborhood Center Planning At The Level Of Regulatory Detailed Planning

In recent years,the main contradiction of our society has become the contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.However,the traditional supply mode of public service facilities shows more and more problems such as the bad allocation of facilities,the deviation of value orientation and the low level of operation and maintenance.It is necessary to explore a new way to improve the planning,construction and operation of public service facilities.Neighborhood center model has been tested by practice in various cities of China,and its significance in promoting the supply of public service facilities has been affirmed by government and planners.However,there are few studies on neighborhood centers at the regulatory detailed planning level in China,which leads to the low popularization and operability of the construction of neighborhood centers.The author hopes to study the neighborhood centers at home and abroad and summarize the characteristics of the supply of traditional public service facilities through literature analysis,field research,collation and induction,spatial syntax and other research methods,and conclude the necessity and feasibility of incorporating the planning of neighborhood centers into the regulatory detailed planning level.This paper puts forward relevant concepts and methods of neighborhood center planning at the regulatory detailed planning level,and makes suggestions for improvement of actual cases,which can provide ideas and references for promoting the incorporation of neighborhood center planning at the regulatory detailed planning level.
