In recent years,with the increasing depletion of oil resources and the increasingly serious environmental pollution,new energy vehicles are being developed all over the world to replace the traditional energy vehicles.Among them,the new energy vehicles represented by electric vehicles are becoming the development trend of vehicles.Our government has formulated various policies to encourage the development of electric vehicles,which has achieved gratifying results.The popularity of electric vehicles in China is increasing Step up.At the same time,the supporting charging infrastructure is gradually improving,but there are also various problems,such as the unreasonable location layout of some charging stations,low utilization rate of charging stations,which will seriously affect the subsequent development of electric vehicles.Expressway has the particularity of whole sealing,so it is very important to provide reasonable charging service for electric vehicles.On the one hand,it improves the ability of electric vehicles to realize long-distance and high-speed transportation,paves the way for the further popularization of electric vehicles,on the other hand,it also provides better highway traffic services for the majority of electric vehicle owners,which is the purpose of this paper.This paper starts with the development of electric vehicles,summarizes the development of electric vehicles in China and Jiangsu Province,counts the sales volume of mainstream electric vehicles in recent three years,expounds the definition and classification of new energy vehicles,investigates the endurance capacity of each electric vehicle,analyzes in detail the three charging modes of electric vehicles,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each mode.Then,it summarizes the basic situation of the construction of electric vehicle charging station,analyzes the problems encountered in the construction process and gives solutions,outlines the composition structure of DC fast charging station,summarizes and summarizes various factors affecting the layout of electric vehicle charging station,and provides reference for the layout of charging station.Secondly,the paper analyzes the general situation of G15(Shenhai Expressway)in Jiangsu Province and the distribution of service areas.On this basis,it defines the necessary parameters such as the length of the road section,traffic flow,etc.,constructs the power consumption model of the road section,and provides data for the model by means of intuitive observation,statistical analysis,historical comparison and other methods.By solving the model,the number of charging stations allowed to be built with 5-yea cost recovery is obtained The quantity and the average distance between adjacent charging stations are matched with the distribution of service areas,so as to obtain 7 service areas suitable for the construction of charging stations,the years of cost recovery of each charging station and the expected profits,and the control distance between each two service areas.Then,the queuing theory is used to analyze the operation characteristics of the proposed charging station,and the results of the scheme are evaluated from the time cost of waiting for charging.Most of the charging stations meet the needs of users,and the capacity of the charging stations that do not meet the requirements is expanded.Then,in view of the special situation of congestion in holidays and some owners missing the charging station,the construction layout of the emergency charging station is introduced,and the layout is carried out near the corresponding high-speed entrance and exit.Considering a variety of influencing factors comprehensively,the appropriate construction coefficient of different entrance and exit charging stations is obtained,and the high coefficient is selected for the construction of the emergency charging station.Finally,the paper summarizes the overall layout of G15(Shenyang Haikou Expressway)charging station construction in Jiangsu section,and summarizes the shortcomings,which provides reference for the construction of charging station in Jiangsu section of Shenyang Haikou expressway.
