The prefabricated construction is defined as a construction where prefabricated components are assembled on site.The development of the prefabricated construction in China has just started.It has problems such as low degree of standardization of components,low degree of collaboration among stakeholders and low degree of information sharing.These problems aggravate the fragmentation and discontinuity of the prefabricated construction supply chain and have a negative impact on the performance of the supply chain.Finally,it damages the interests of stakeholders and hinders the development of the prefabricated construction.Therefore,it is of great positive significance to apply stakeholder theory to study the supply chain performance of the prefabricated construction.Firstly,this thesis uses Cite Space bibliometric software to discuss the research status and dynamic development trend of the construction supply chain performance and the prefabricated construction management.The weak points and gaps of prefabricated construction and supply chain performance management are found.By analyzing the construction process and supply chain characteristics of the prefabricated construction,the supply chain model of the prefabricated construction is constructed,and the supply chain performance of the prefabricated construction is defined.Secondly,this thesis uses the stakeholder theory to determine the key stakeholders of prefabricated construction as the construction unit,the design unit,the prefabricated component manufacturer and the general contractor,and analyzes the interest demands of stakeholders in the design stage,manufacturing stage and construction stage.On this basis,the influencing factors are identified and screened out through theoretical analysis,frequency analysis and questionnaire survey,the prefabricated construction supply chain performance indicators system is established.Then,the rationality of the content and structure of the performance indicators system was tested by SPSS statistical software.Thirdly,the causal loop diagram is established by using the system dynamics method(SD).Through the analysis of the subsystems and feedback loops of the construction unit,the government and the consumers,the design unit,the prefabricated component manufacturer and the general contractor,the interaction path of stakeholders in the prefabricated construction supply chain is deeply understood.The stock flow diagram is established by rate variable fundamental in-tree modeling.The parametric equations were established by collecting data,and the system dynamics model was simulated by Vensim software.It is determined that the quality qualification rate of raw materials,the situation of industrial support,and the rate of prefabricated assembly are the sensitive indicators that affect the performance of the prefabricated construction supply chain.Finally,according to the simulation results of system dynamics,the optimization strategy is proposed from two aspects of in-chain stakeholders and out-chain stakeholders.The in-chain stakeholders should establish the prefabricated construction supply chain alliance with the construction unit as the core.Through multi-party cooperation,the degree of component standardization can be improved and the strength of personnel training and information construction in the prefabricated construction industry can be increased.The construction unit should have the system view and the overall view to determine the optimal prefabricated assembly rate;The prefabricated component manufacturer should be "low cost,high quality" as the goal.As an off-chain stakeholder,the government should give incentives to the supply-side to boost the prefabricated construction industry.Government and enterprises form the "customization" oriented by consumer demand by cultivating the new purchasing power of the prefabricated construction market.It is beneficial to increase consumer satisfaction and energize the market.
