With the rapid development of smart power grid construction,smart electricity meters,as power information acquisition equipment,are increasingly used in the power grid.The metering performance of smart electricity meters under the influence of environmental factors and harmonic signals is related to the economic interests of the power supplier and the power customer.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study and analyze the influence of environmental factors on the errors of intelligent electricity meters and to construct new power filters.Firstly,this paper introduces the environmental factors that affect the error of the smart electricity meter,including:temperature and humidity,and the influence of harmonics on the error of the smart electricity meter.In this paper,the error of intelligent electricity meters under the influence of temperature,parameter estimation method of regression model of experimental data and power measurement method of harmonic signal are introduced in detail.Secondly,through the establishment of a structured model of intelligent watt-hour meter is influenced by temperature,analysis to determine the main factors of errors affected by the temperature intelligent watt-hour meter,determine the effect of temperature on the key circuit unit,adopt the method of mechanism modeling,established the mathematical model of the key circuit units affected by temperature,the analysis of the impact of the intelligent watt-hour meter error.It also qualitatively analyzes the influence of another environmental factor,humidity,on the operation of intelligent electricity meters and measurement errors.Then,design and complete the test of the error of the intelligent electricity meter affected by environmental factors.Based on the correlation analysis between the error of the intelligent electricity meter and the environmental temperature and humidity,the main environmental factors affecting the error of the intelligent electricity meter are obtained.An improved Huber Loss method was proposed for fitting and analysis of experimental data,and the fitting results were compared with the fitting results of least square method.Finally,a new self-convolutional window function is proposed and its frequency domain characteristics are analyzed.Build power filter based on the convolution window function,four kinds of harmonic signal simulation is used to contrast analysis of different power filter filtering effect,this paper puts forward the convolution window power filter is effective to improve the filtering effect and improve the accuracy of the intelligent watt-hour meter harmonic signal energy metering,and verified the power filter can effectively lower the sampling frequency changes caused by temperature change influence on intelligent watt-hour meter measurement error.
