Construction industry is an important material production sector of the national economy,which plays an important role in promoting national economic growth and overall social development.In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization process,more and more construction sites have sprung up,and construction workers are coming in.On the one hand,most of these construction workers lack basic knowledge of occupational safety,and they are mainly engaged in high-pollution and high-risk work,thus becoming a high-risk group of industrial accidents;on the other hand,some private and individual bosses take advantage of the weak legal awareness of most construction workers and do not pay attention to occupational health education,so they are lucky to be ideologically paralyzed in safety production.Psychological,reluctant to invest the corresponding funds,the project site has a lot of occupational health and safety risks;in addition,the government departments on the occupational health of construction workers management mechanism is not sound enough,there are loopholes and weak links in the supervision of construction enterprises,and the relevant policies and systems are not really implemented in place.The occupational health of construction workers has become a very serious problem in the construction industry.Through the form of questionnaire survey,this paper systematically understands the current situation of industrial injury insurance for construction workers in H city.Through questionnaire survey and interview survey,this paper obtains the existing problems of industrial injury insurance for construction workers in H city,analyses the causes of the problems,puts forward relevant countermeasures based on relevant theories and relevant experience at home and abroad,and through the government industry management.Interview survey among management departments,project site management experts,insurance industry experts and construction workers to demonstrate the expected effect of relevant countermeasures.Overall,this paper will help promote the standardized management of the construction industry,protect the health rights and interests of construction workers,promote better and more sustainable development of the construction industry,and expand the business of the insurance industry.
