| BIM technology was put forward by American scholars in 1950s.With the development of more than half a century,BIM technology integrates computer graphics technology,three-dimensional view technology and network communication technology.It has become one of the new technologies used in the whole life cycle of assembly structure at home and abroad.It is irreplaceable for realizing green,low energy consumption and high production efficiency of modern assembly structure.Function.With the gradual transformation of the global construction industry,the traditional assembly structure is constantly developing from extensive to fine management.At the same time,the application of assembly architecture meets the needs of the development of domestic construction industrialization.Combining BIM technology,the information,visualization and parametric management of the whole process of assembly structure construction provides support for the large-scale promotion of assembly structure industrialization.The application of BIM technology has become an important driving force for the development of assembly building industry at home and abroad.The study of utility evaluation can provide support for the efficient development of assembly building in China.Firstly,this paper discusses the development of assembly structure at home and abroad and the theory of BIM technology combination,and discusses the characteristics of assembly industrialization at home and abroad,and discusses the basic theory of utility of assembly industrialization at home and abroad,points out the advantages and disadvantages of assembly structure at home and abroad in using BIM technology to enhance the utility of industrialization,and summarizes the needs of assembly industrialization at home and abroad.Problems to be solved.At the same time,this paper also discussed the analytic hierarchy process based on the theory of fuzzy analysis,and discussed the calculation theory of index weight of analytic hierarchy process.Subsequently,this paper combines the research of assembly building with the theory of fuzzy analysis to evaluate the utility of assembly structure industrialization.Through evaluating index structure components,weight calculation and consistency judgment of discriminant matrix,the informationization management of assembly structure design,production and construction process is constructed and the weight calculation of index is carried out.According to the weight results,the main impact indicators are analyzed.Finally,this paper uses the BIM application case of Tianjin Binhai New Area Assembled Residential Construction Project to discuss the industrial utility promotion in its design stage,and uses the comprehensive fuzzy analysis theory to verify the "good" grade evaluation results of the project using BIM technology.The research results and shortcomings of assembly industrialization and efficiency evaluation under the application of BIM technology are summarized. |
