In recent years,with the rapid development of my country’s automobile industry and the improvement of the national economy,automobiles have become an important means of transportation.With the rapid growth of car ownership,in addition to traffic jams and parking problems in cities,many car owners are also troubled.The limited land resources in the city have been unable to meet the growing demand for motor vehicle parking.More and more prominent.In order to solve the problem of parking difficulty,researchers at home and abroad have proposed the use of three-dimensional garages,but the various disadvantages of three-dimensional garages make many car owners more willing to park their cars on the roadside,which undoubtedly puts more pressure on the road that is not spacious And,parking cars occupying non-motorized lanes will also bring a lot of traffic hazards.In this paper,the main task is to solve the problem of parking difficulties,and design a roadside parking device that can use space resources reasonably without affecting the non-motorized lanes.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,according to the characteristics of roadside parking and three-dimensional garage,a design plan for roadside parking equipment was developed,and the working principle was analyzed based on the plan.At the same time,the components that constitute the parking equipment were designed one by one.Modeling and virtual assembly of its components.Secondly,the finite element software ANSYS Workbench is used to perform static analysis on the parking equipment components to verify their strength and rigidity,so that the parking equipment can meet the design requirements.Thirdly,the topology optimization design of the parking equipment structure achieves a lightweight effect.ANSYS Workbench is used to perform topology optimization on the parking equipment structure,and the parking equipment structure is re-modeled according to the optimization results,and the improved model is re-stated for static analysis to verify the light weight design and make it meet the requirements.Finally,the requirements of the parking system control and action on the hydraulic system are analyzed,the hydraulic system schematic diagram is designed,the hydraulic cylinder,hydraulic pump and key components are selected,and their performance is effectively analyzed and calculated.
