Railway logistics is one of the most important modes of freight transportation in China.It has great strategic significance in energy and resource transportation and plays an important role in promoting the development of the whole national economy.As an important part of the national energy group railway,Baoshen Railway Group takes on the task of more than60% of the total amount of coal transportation and loading in the national energy group.Under the background of new economic situation,the traditional operation mode of coal transportation has become stable for Baoshen Railway Group,which urgently needs to develop new non coal goods transportation sources,cultivate new interest growth points,and change to a more competitive modern large material flow mode.This is an important development strategic issue in front of Baoshen Railway Group.Therefore,this paper studies the development mode of large-scale logistics of Baoshen Railway Group.On the one hand,it provides practical guidance and theoretical support for the development of large-scale logistics of Baoshen Railway Group,so as to improve the logistics and transportation situation of Baoshen Railway Group and improve its operation ability;on the other hand,it provides quantitative evaluation and Research on the development mode of railway logistics enterprises for other railway transportation enterprises The transformation and development of logistics enterprises can provide a reference.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)This paper briefly introduces Baoshen Railway Group and its operation organization structure,focusing on the detailed analysis of the overall freight environment of Baoshen railway logistics from the three perspectives of external social development environment,railway transportation industry environment and enterprise internal environment,and combing and analyzing the current freight source,transportation capacity and logistics management of Baoshen Railway Group It is proved that it is feasible for Baoshen Railway Group to develop large-scale logistics transportation.(2)This paper discusses in detail the path mode of the development of large-scale logistics in Baoshen Railway Group,and analyzes the development effect of large-scale logistics in Baoshen Railway Group from the aspects of logistics business development type,freight volume growth trend,organization efficiency and non coal category freight volume change,and points out a series of problems and dilemmas existing in the development of large-scale logistics in Baoshen Railway Group.(3)According to the development situation of the large logistics mode of Baoshen Railway Group,the corresponding swot-ahp quantitative evaluation model is established,and the advantages and disadvantages of the development of large logistics are analyzed,and the specific influence weights of each factor on the development of large logistics are obtained.On this basis,the GM(1,1)model is used to predict the future non coal transportation volume of Baoshen Railway Group.The results show that the future non coal transportation volume of Baoshen railway will be further increased.It also shows that Baoshen Railway Group's strategic choice of developing large logistics is correct.(4)Finally,in view of the expectation that the non coal transportation volume of Baoshen railway will further increase,combined with the current situation of the development of large logistics of Baoshen Railway Group,the paper puts forward suggestions and measures to improve the large logistics mode of Baoshen Railway Group from three aspects of logistics organization,business process and development strategy.
