With the continuous development of management science,social science and risk control science,tunnel construction risk management has become the focus of engineering management research.There are many factors to be considered in the risk management of tunnel construction,and there are certain links among the factors,which are characterized by complexity,systematicness and relevance.Therefore,scientific and reasonable research methods should be selected to screen,screen,evaluate,feedback and respond to the risk factors of tunnel construction.It is of certain theoretical and practical significance to conduct scientific research on tunnel construction risk management,effectively control tunnel construction risk and reduce the probability of accidentsBased on the current tunnel construction specifications and risk management theory,this paper firstly defines the tunnel construction risk,defines the goal of tunnel construction risk management,and summarizes the characteristics of tunnel construction risk.According to the characteristics of tunnel construction risk,the process of tunnel construction risk management is sorted out.Through method comparison,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected as the overall risk evaluation method of tunnel construction,and gray relational degree method is selected as the evaluation method of the influence level of various risk factors of tunnel construction.Taking shichuan highway tunnel as an example,the construction risk index system of shichuan highway tunnel is constructed.Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,carries on the risk assessment model,the introduction of expert evaluation method,as the evaluation index of risk scoring the basis,using mathematical calculation method to establish highway tunnel construction risk model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,construction risk quantitative prediction by calculation,shi chuan highway tunnel construction risk coefficient for Rf = 0.8026.Through the comparison of the risk grade coefficient table,it can be seen that the construction risk of shichuan highway tunnel belongs to the high-risk type,which needs to be controlled from the construction technology,construction organization and other aspects to effectively control the construction risk.Then calculated by gray relational degree based on the weight of index correlation value,and according to the ranking associated to determine the risk factors for the tunnel construction association level.Among the secondary construction risk factors,the top 5 construction risk factors ranked by correlation degree are tunnel excavation(0.889),> monitoring and measurement information feedback(0.867),> hole excavation(0.805),> construction safety technical disclosure and acceptance(0.801),> construction organization plan formulation(0.795).The top 5 construction risk factors ranked by correlation degree all belong to the category of construction management factors,which have the strongest influence on the construction risk of tunnel engineering projects.Finally,according to the overall risk evaluation results of shichuan highway tunnel construction and the correlation level of various factors,several risk factors with high correlation level are selected to focus on control,and the reverse reasoning analysis is used to formulate corresponding countermeasures.
