The Study On The Beautiful Rural Planning Of Southwest Anhui Province

With the rise of beautiful rural construction in 2013 and the proposal of Rural Revitalization Strategy in 2017,China’s rural development has been significantly improved.However,due to the limitation of rural social development,the problems such as village environmental pollution,poor living environment and lack of traditional culture are becoming more and more serious,which makes the countryside gradually lose vitality.Therefore,the construction and planning of beautiful countryside is imminent.The construction of beautiful villages in Southwest Anhui is very important to the local and even Anhui Province.The planning of beautiful villages can not only stimulate the vitality of villages,show the style of villages,but also improve the living standards of local villagers and increase their happiness.Therefore,I hope that through the research of this paper,we can provide some guidance for the follow-up planning of beautiful rural construction.In the study of beautiful rural planning in Southwest Anhui,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of rural construction and development through the research of rural development at home and abroad,and on the basis of relevant theoretical research,combined with the development process of beautiful rural and the relationship between the planning,makes a reasonable explanation and summary of the connotation of "beautiful rural" in Wangjiang County,and concludes that the construction of beautiful rural in Wangjiang County It is no longer limited to rural environmental governance,but more inclined to the coordinated development of rural industry,economy,society,culture and politics;Secondly,based on field research and data collection,this paper studies and points out five characteristics of Wangjiang County: scattered rural distribution,contradictory village features,single industrial model,low heritage of traditional culture and incomplete supporting facilities,and puts forward four types of rural development models: tourism type,ecological type,cultural type and industrial type.At the same time,it analyzes the actual cases in the county,studies the development focus of different types of villages,and summarizes the development experience;The third part is to build the evaluation index system of "beautiful countryside" in Wangjiang County,to systematically evaluate the construction of beautiful countryside in Wangjiang County,to summarize that the living environment is in the primary position of rural development in Wangjiang County,to clarify the existing problems and difficulties in the construction of beautiful countryside in Wangjiang County,and to further put forward countermeasures to provide guidance and evaluation for the development of beautiful countryside in Wangjiang county;Finally,taking the ecological environment,human settlements,industrial development and rural civilization as the starting point,through the analysis of three levels of county,town and village,this paper expounds the planning points of the beautiful rural construction in Wangjiang County,and summarizes the specific operation methods.
