| After the 2008 global financial crisis,China’s vehicle sales have been the world’s first for nine consecutive years.But with the integration of the global economy,the automobile industry is in a critical period of major adjustment,the new technology revolution is promoting the automobile industry form,the industrial structure,the industrial pattern to produce the significant change,the competition between the industries becomes more and more intense.At present,the winter of automobile market has come,and it may take long time.It is caused by structural,deep and multi-directional factors.The source of enterprise profit mainly comes from the manufacturing process and method.As an important part of the third source of profit,production logistics is gradually valued by enterprises.It is an effective way to improve the profit and realize the maximum value of the enterprise to excavate the potential of reducing the cost inside the enterprise and effectively reduce the logistics cost which occupies a relatively high proportion in the cost.Based on the above background,this paper takes the general assembly shop,the most complex assembly workshop in the logistics management of automobile manufacturers as the research object,through the study of the site,the material and the situation of the production logistics in the general assembly shop,and combined with GMS,to analyze the problems existing in production logistics management,pull management,packaging management and site management.The optimization scheme is put forward and implemented aimed at the existing problems.At the beginning,through a large number of domestic and foreign literature research,this paper fully grasp the domestic and foreign production logistics research status to develop the main research content of this paper on the basis of productive results.Secondly,based on the GMS theory of Short Lead Time and production logistics system,this paper analyzes the management and control methods of different types of production logistics,and explores the construction of lean production logistics system.Thirdly,by analyzing the production logistics status of HQ’s general assembly shop,the problems existing in the production logistics system were put forward from the sides of logistics planning management,pull management,packaging management and site management.Then,on the basis of cost reduction,the organization structure of production logistics is optimized based on the management idea of high efficiency and closed loop.GMS theory is applied to optimize the design and implementation of advanced management,distribution route,packaging maintenance,empty container management and site management.AHP method was used to determine the priority of packaging on-line.The Lean logistics theory is applied to optimize the sorting variety number,distribution mode of standard parts and pull methods of visual board.Finally,the experts’ evaluation is used to evaluate the performance of the optimized production logistics of the general assembly shop,and strong guarantee measures are proposed. |
