Design And Research Of Substation Intelligent Modular Maintenance Vehicle

As an indispensable part of power system,substation has developed with power system for more than 100 years.In many years of development,power users have a higher demand for substation supply reliability.Traditional scheduled maintenance mode has low response speed,less-advanced equipment and redundant staff.These features do not meet the new requirements of the power supply reliability.This article follows the unified principles of“safety,applicability,versatility and economy”,and applies the concepts of “modularization,networking and intelligent” to design an substation intelligent modular maintenance vehicle.The design concept is put forward based on the analysis of advanced engineering vehicle cases abroad and practice of substation maintenance work of Shenyang power supply company.The design content has two parts: firstly designs the vehicle body,including sub-modules named tool module,water tank module,gas tank module,high place operation module,cable module,generator module and night light module.In design process of the sub-modules,interchangeability and combinability are main principles.The combination of modules regards rationality of space and aesthetic aspect.Intelligent interactive system is integrated in the compartment,assisting operators in remote monitoring of substations,materials and work instructions.Secondly,the design of modular maintenance support system is carried out in the substation maintenance garage of Shenyang power supply company.The space use of the garage is re-planned,the inner design includes hoisting system,status monitoring system,intelligent dispatching conference hall and maintenance material processing platform.Materials and vehicles in the area can enter the ready state quickly and accurately,therefore a system that runs the modular actions of the maintenance vehicle is accomplished.The design and research of substation intelligent modular maintenance vehicle and its preparation workshop can change the working mode of traditional substation maintenance if put into practice.It enables the maintenance team to reach the substation accident site more accurately and quickly.The modular design and intelligent system enhance pertinence of maintenance work,at the same time,increase the operating reliability of substations,convenience and efficiency of maintenance.
