Intelligent substation,as an important part of smart grid,can connect the generation,transmission,transformation,distribution and usage of power system.It is the core platform to realize the transformation and control of electric energy.Assembly substation is a novel form of intelligent substation.This type of substation uses assembly technology to produce,assemble,and then transport to the construction site for assembly and installation.This type of substation has the characteristics of strong flexibility,short construction period and high economic benefit.Taking Yanji Tedong 66 kV Substation Project as an example,the related technology,scheme design,assembly details and management methods of assembled substations are discussed in this paper.Give a detailed introduction.(1)Compared with the traditional substation,this paper introduces the characteristics of the assembled substation,mainly from the design concept of the assembled substation,building mode,modular equipment composition and modular construction application and so on.The new technology,new method,new design concept and new material used in this type of substation have the advantages of high integration of equipment,small area,environmental protection and energy saving,short construction period,convenient maintenance and high safety.(2)Different from the field wet pouring mode of traditional substations,the steel structure of 66 kV assembly substation in Taidong is new,the structure is simple,the appearance is beautiful,and the columns are connected with flexible flanges.The frame foundation connection mode changes to the pin-to-base flange connection,effectively reducing the size,number and welding tasks of the joints.The wall roof uses fireproof material,steel structure and bolt connection,mechanization,environmental protection construction technology,reduce noise and waste materials,in order to reduce the impact on the surrounding environment.(3)In order to solve the problem of the series operation of the traditional substation construction process and the long construction period,this chapter analyzes the construction period of the traditional substation construction mode by using the critical circuit method of the project management theory,and determines the key line of the project.Then using the "PDCA" general model theory in management,based on the four stages of Plan,Do,Check and Action,we simulate every work in the critical line of the whole project,and optimize the relationship between the operations without sacrificing the quality and increasing the cost.Compress the critical path working time,thus reducing the overall project duration.(4)Taking Yanji Taidong 66 kV substation project as an example,this paper introduces in detail the design of assembled wall,assembled cable trench and other buildings.Then,the layout plan of indoor grounding grid plane,the plan of equipotential grounding grid plane,and the layout plan of 66 kV GIS room foundation plane are introduced in detail.The electric plane layout plan,the secondary equipment room layout plan and the design effect diagram are introduced.Finally,the concrete construction details and the implementation highlights of the project are described.
