At present,the international ship design technology is undergoing revolutionary changes,among which the parallel collaborative design technology,computer aided system and database closely combined with the ship integrated design model more and more fully show its advantages.In order to adapt to the new situation,the proposal of "integrated design based on 3D model" is to realize the seamless transmission from basic design to production design,the carrier of 3D model and the synchronous design of different specialties,so as to improve the overall design quality and efficiency.For ship design integration design thought,than to ship design logical thinking,general direction formed AM system platform based on function integration design implementation frameworks planning: with data as the core,with 3D model as the carrier,to achieve the same professional,in different design stage of the information transmission,sharing and management-"vertical integration",realize the information sharing between different design stage of each professional and management-"horizontal integration".On the basis of previous research results,this paper study on the overall implementation of hull vertically integrated technical solutions,put forward the "integration of hull detailed design and production design" design train of thought,is to realize the detailed design and production design of seamless and the synchronization between different professional design,improve design quality and efficiency on the whole.In this paper,we study the implementation scheme is based on the analysis summary of the status quo of the application integration in different stages of the design process and the existing problems,puts forward the methods and countermeasures,and simulation test optimization method.finally the process scheme,eventually form a complete set of hull vertically integrated design process scheme,specific to design,detailed design,three stages of design in the design of production for the following research work:1.Standardization of detailed design.By standardizing hull detailed design drawing and hull structure node design,the efficiency and quality of modeling design can be improved,the skill requirements of detailed design on designers can be reduced,and the period of detailed design modeling drawing can be shortened.The research on the naming rules of detailed design modeling lays a foundation for the detailed design of automatic marking of welding feet and automatic drawing of production design.2.Research on 3D modeling and mapping technology in detail.By studying the RSO(reference surface function)in Hull Structural Design module of AM system,I fully developed its advancement and accuracy in space and frame creation,model copying,splitting and moving,and data reuse across projects,so as to ensure the rapid establishment and accurate transmission of detailed Design models to production Design.Moreover,the detailed design modeling depth and modeling method requirements are optimized through the real ship test analysis to effectively improve the modeling efficiency of detailed design.3.Detailed design and production design of hull 3D model data conversion application research.Production design stage for the first time AM innovative applications developed platform of large plate split function,let the 3 D model in different design stage to become a reality,and summarize split steps and methods,combined with the accumulation of full scale test key factors affecting separation efficiency,improve the specification detailed design modeling requirements,seeking detailed design model and fast break up for the production design model,greatly shorten the design cycle of production.
