The thesis aim at the problem of less standardization and lack of data management on theprocess of crankshaft design, focus on research the process of standardization modeling thatinclude crankshaft structure, structure characterization, characterization parameterization,parameter correlation and so the design method. Meanwhile,establish the parametertable,character model and parameter hint picture which are independent with any commercialCAD. On this basis, encapsulate the process and data by program into crankshaft designsoftware, and combine the package Pro/TOOLKIT of Pro/E to realize the crankshaftstandardization design.Crankshaft include front-end, signle crank, back-end, counterweights, bolt, these fivestructure through boolean operation to generate a complete crankshaft. Structuralcharacterization is that each structure exist multiple forms, and make each form become acharacter. Characterization parameterization is the extraction of structural parameters of eachfeature, so that these parameters can be completely driven character model. Parametercorrelation is that establish the mathematical relationship between parameters to reduceparameter number. each character corresponds to a parameter table, character model andparameter hint picture, user modify the parameter table to make the character regenarate.The software with integrated development environment of VC.net, applicate theAsynchronous Mode of Pro/TOOLKIT, realize communication of Pro/E, Pro/TOOLKIT andMFC, moreover encapsulate the process and data by program into crankshaft design software.The practical application shows: the system encapsulates the whole modeling process anddata, realize crankshaft design of standardization...
