Electric power is the basic energy to ensure social and economic development and meet people’s living needs.As an important part of power system,power transmission and transformation project has made significant contribution to the development of its power supply area.With the rapid development of China’s economy,the social demand for electricity is increasing,and the supply and demand of power are becoming increasingly tense,which highlights the importance of the development of power transmission and transformation projects.Power transmission and transformation project has the characteristics of large investment scale,long construction period,difficult construction,involving many specialties,high quality and safety standards.Compared with other projects,the risk of power transmission and transformation project is higher,so it is particularly important to carry out risk management for power transmission and transformation project.At present,the risk management of power transmission and transformation projects in China is still in the primary stage,and the mode of risk management and people’s ability awareness need to be improved,which may lead to the project effect not as expected or even cause heavy losses.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on risk management of power transmission and transformation projects,systematically identify,evaluate and respond to project risks,and ensure the safe and economic stability of the project.In this paper,first of all,through the literature research method,the domestic and foreign risk management and its application in power transmission and transformation engineering related theoretical research and development situation are comprehensively analyzed,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the later research.Based on the basic theory and method of project risk management,combined with the risk characteristics of power transmission and transformation project,the risk evaluation method is determined.Delphi method is used to identify the risk factors of power transmission and transformation project,and the risk evaluation model of power transmission and transformation project is constructed by combining analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then,taking A substation project as an example,the risk assessment model is analyzed,and the risk situation and evaluation level of A substation project are calculated.Finally,according to the evaluation results of A substation project risk,the risk response ideas and specific measures are proposed.In this paper,the risk management of power transmission and transformation project is studied,and the risk evaluation model is constructed.It is expected to promote the risk awareness and management system level of the power industry,and provide positive reference for the risk management of power transmission and transformation projects.
