Research On Risk Management Of Maling 35-Kilovolt Power Transmission And Substation Project

The parties of the power transmission and Substation project involved in the construction are inevitably confronted with all kinds of risks because of it’s large investment time-consumption Integrated technology is relatively complex, Many factors affect the quality,schedule,safety of the projectif do not try to analysis, prevention which may affect the smooth progress of the project, or even lead to serious consequences.Therefore, it is necessary to manage risk in power transmission and transformation project, and it is important to study on management risk of power transmission and transformation project.On the basis of the analysis of its risk, this thesis attempts to make a thorough research on risk management of the Small and medium power transmission and Substation project by the case study of " hengxian power supply company MALING 35-kilovolt power transmission and Substation project". Based on the risk management identification of the power project, the author sets up an evaluation model of risk management. Identification, evaluation, responding and monitoring had been carried on every type of project risk, quantitative analysis had been done for possibility, exposure and severity of every type of project risk. Integrating the mature production security risk management system and grid project construction risk control measures of some large power companies, a set of evaluation system had been designed, that was applied to risk management of 35 kV and below small and medium power transmission and transformation project. According to the actual situation of small and medium-sized power transmission and Substation project, formulate risk prevention, control measures, project risk control in an acceptable range.On the view of project owners point, and combining the characteristics of small and medium power transmission and transformation project, this thesis summed up the general regulation about risk management of small and medium power transmission and transformation project. The research on small and medium power transmission and Substation project, especially the power grid construction project county power supply enterprise management have positive guidance and reference.
