| With the continuous improvement of China’s economic development level and the continuous acceleration of urbanization,the traditional cast-in-place construction method is increasingly unable to meet the needs of economic and social development,while the prefabricated building is increasingly favored by the construction industry due to its advantages of good quality,high precision and high efficiency,and the development is gradually accelerated under the strong support and implementation of national policies.At the same time of the development of prefabricated building,the traditional design,procurement,construction separation of the contract mode and the integrated production of prefabricated building show more and more adaptability,and the integrated management mode of EPC general contract management mode shows its advantages.The application of EPC mode in prefabricated building and the combination of integrated management and integrated production not only ensure the overall coordination between the integrated management of the project participants and the implementation stages of the project,but also help the prefabricated building to play the benefits of shortening the construction period,improving the quality and environmental protection and energy saving,promote the sound cycle development of the construction industry,and help the construction industry The supply side structural reform of fast construction industry is an inevitable choice for the future development of construction industry in China.However,due to the short development time,the application practice of the combination of prefabricated building and EPC mode is still in a backward state,especially the research on risk management is very little,which hinders its development and application.Therefore,it is of great significance to solve the problem of risk management of prefabricated building under EPC mode,so that EPC mode can be widely used in prefabricated building in the future.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and current situation of risk management of prefabricated building under EPC mode.By summarizing the development of relevant policies and theories,this paper expounds the prospect and opportunity of the development of EPC mode and prefabricated building in China,and provides basis and reference for the development of relevant risk management.Secondly,it expounds the relevant theories of EPC mode and prefabricated building,and analyzes the relevant theories of the combination of EPC mode and prefabricated building,the necessity and advantages of the combination of the two,as well as the management process after the combination of the two.Then through literature research and expert interviews,the risk factors of prefabricated building project under EPC mode are identified,the main risk factors of prefabricated building under EPC mode are determined,and the final risk index evaluation system is established.After that,through comparison and induction,we choose to use AHP and Extenics Theory to build the risk evaluation model of prefabricated building under EPC mode,which is used to analyze and evaluate the related risk issues in the future.Finally,through the introduction of the second phase residential project in a business district of Jinan,the risk assessment model is empirically studied,the risk size of each stage and the overall risk size are calculated,and the risk results are analyzed accordingly.Based on the project from the design stage,procurement stage,production and transportation stage,construction and installation stage and project closure stage,the corresponding risk control measures are put forward,which provides a reference for the risk management of prefabricated building in the future EPC mode.At the end of this paper,the conclusion and Prospect of the research are given. |
