Project Management Research For Gas Power Generation Survey Project On Karst Areas

Project establishment and construction have been successively carried out in Guangdong Province for the distributed energy systems and natural gas energy stations,owing to the vigorous promotion by the Chinese central government.However,it may be impacted greatly by the karst geological project in southern China,making it highly necessary to conduct surveys in karst areas.Through a series of investigations,it has been found that the management system of the survey project for the karst area was still incomplete,and that it was difficult to guide the related work.It is hence necessary to explore the standardization of the survey project management in the karst areas through the integration of project management and survey work in the karst areas.Based on the research review of project management concepts,survey project management,and gas power generation project management in the karst areas,this study set the “Gas Power Generation Survey Project Management in the Karst Areas” as the research object,in order to provide a reference for the development of survey project management in the karst areas.For this purpose,the study analyzed the key contents and process system of the gas power generation survey project management in the karst areas,then set the WBS,process design and measures,and the integration of the survey and design work as the three entry points for the research,establishing the research scheme of "discovery – analysis – problem-solving – verification and summary".The specific implementation methods of survey project management as well as the guarantee and application analysis of important survey results were studied and performed by analyzing the influence of karst geology on the gas power generation project.Combining the survey tasks,development requirements,and key tasks of the gas power generation project,the study completed a work structure decomposition and task division table;designed the specific content of the project management in the karst area;specified the workflow,responsible persons,information input and output;analyzed the main points of implementation;put forward work suggestions;provided references for specific applications.In the end,the study took a particular gas power generation project in the karst areas as an example.Based on the construction group and design management survey task,the study researched and analyzed its implementation at each stage,and formed the survey results.The study analyzed the fusion of reports in the karst areas and design management in the survey results,thereby serving as a guide for the advancement of survey work and the application of the results,and offering a reliable reference in the management of karst survey projects in the future.
