With the rapid development of China’s economy and the active promotion of new urbanization construction,the number and scale of construction sites in various regions are constantly expanding,and the market prospects are broad.However,with the development of social productivity,we have increasingly attached importance to environmental issues and gained a deeper understanding of the greenhouse effect.Various regions around the world are actively advocating for the development path of "energy conservation and emission reduction".Prefabricated construction has also been further promoted as an energy-saving and emission reduction construction method.The Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development issued the "14th Five Year Plan for the Development of the Construction Industry" in 2022,which mentioned that by 2025,prefabricated construction will account for more than 30% of newly built buildings;The discharge of construction waste at the new construction site is controlled at less than 300 tons per 10000 square meters,and a market mechanism for the treatment and reuse of construction waste is preliminarily formed.A batch of green construction demonstration projects will be constructed.BIM technology,as a hot field in the development of intelligent construction in recent years,has been vigorously developed and used by enterprises and industry administrative authorities.The emergence of BIM technology has gradually provided solutions to the cost problem of prefabricated construction.By exploring the application of BIM technology in prefabricated construction,it can lead to the development and transformation of prefabricated construction,making it parameterized,informationized,visualized,and modeled,improving production efficiency,shortening construction time,and promoting the promotion of prefabricated construction in China,promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry.Therefore,the mature and efficient application of BIM technology in prefabricated construction is of great significance.On the basis of summarizing relevant theories,this paper extracts and sorts out BIM technical benefit indicators and establishes BIM technical benefit evaluation index system through the combination of relevant literature and several application cases of assembled construction BIM.Then,the paper uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to weight the evaluation indexes,and constructs the benefit evaluation model of BIM technology in assembly construction.Aiming at the overall evaluation of BIM technical benefits of a single project,this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the BIM technical application benefits of assembled construction after obtaining the index weights.Furthermore,a case study of BIM technology application in Wuhan Assembled Construction Project B is carried out.Finally,according to the principle of maximum membership,the comprehensive evaluation result of BIM technology application benefit of this Assembled Construction Project B is "good benefit".The purpose of this paper is to explore the application benefits of BIM technology in assembled construction and improve the evaluation system of BIM technology application benefits in assembled construction.It not only provides a reference for BIM evaluation of assembled construction in the future,but also promotes the level of building information management,which has important practical significance.
