At present,the application and popularization of BIM technology in our country is in the rapid development period,followed by the problems of high modeling cost,low utilization ratio and inadaptability of industry concept.The construction stage is the landing stage of the assembly construction project,which needs more time and large investment,and is the key stage to realize the value of the project.However,at present,the application of BIM technology in the stage of assembly construction lacks a set of complete evaluation index system to test the application effect of BIM technology in the construction stage.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to evaluate the benefits of the construction phase,find out the advantages and disadvantages of the application of BIM technology,and put forward pertinent measures to promote the development of assembly building and BIM technology.Based on this,this paper studies the benefit evaluation system of BIM application in the stage of assembly construction.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research and application status of BIM technology in assembly building,and analyzes the main problems of the research and application of BIM technology in assembly building.Based on this,this paper analyzes the main influencing factors of the application of BIM technology in the stage of assembly construction from three aspects: construction preparation stage,construction implementation stage and completion and delivery stage.Secondly,based on the analysis of existing evaluation methods,the structural equation model is introduced into the benefit evaluation of BIM application in the stage of assembly construction.Based on the data from the questionnaire,the second order confirmatory factor is analyzed by AMOS software,and the rationality of this hypothesis model is verified.Thirdly,the SEM-FCEM model is established based on structural equation model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and it is applied to the benefit evaluation of BIM application in the assembly construction stage.The structure equation model is used to determine the index weight,which avoids the shortcoming of subjectivity,and the fuzzy and uncertain problem in benefit evaluation is solved by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally,the practicability of the SEM-FCEM model is verified by a project in Fanyu District,Guangzhou.The operation steps of the model are simple and the evaluation results are clear,which can provide suggestions for the application of BIM in the stage of assembly construction.
