2021 is the beginning year of the 14 th five-year Plan in China.Under the influence of epidemic situation and macro-control policy,the domestic construction industry is faced with the unfavorable situation of reduced investment,output value profit and revenue profit.Tianjin H Company,as a construction enterprise founded for 15 years,urgently needs to break through the bottleneck of development,find a new business growth point,and realize the sustainable development of the enterprise.The 14 th five-year Plan points out that new urbanization,rural revitalization,urban agglomeration + new infrastructure,reconstruction of old cities,supporting construction of urban infrastructure,underground integrated pipe corridors,and assembled buildings will become key areas of construction in the next five to ten years.How to formulate scientific development strategy in the current industry environment of Tianjin H Company,seize the opportunity,develop the advantages and avoid weaknesses,is an urgent problem to be solved at present.This paper analyzes the macro environment,industry development,advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by Tianjin H Company through Porter five-force model,SWOT analysis and PEST analysis.It is found that the company can grasp the external opportunities better,but deal with the external threats generally.According to the analysis of the internal development factors of the company,it is concluded that the company has good operating qualifications and relatively outstanding internal advantages.The company is faced with some problems,such as single business structure,low level of project efficiency,weak response to regulation and control policies,and so on.Through the matrix analysis of the strategic formulation information of Tianjin Branch Company,it is concluded that the company should give priority to the diversified growth strategy,make strategic decisions and implement them.On the basis of diversified growth strategy,in order to further consolidate competitive advantage and seize market heights,it is clear that the optimal choice of business strategy of Tianjin H Company is differentiation strategy,that is,the overall strategy of Tianjin H Company should give priority to diversified growth strategy,and adopt differentiated business strategy to avoid the single structure from being greatly impacted by the policy market by expanding the scope of business,and at the same time centralize the advantage resources and consolidate the advantage projects.Reduce operating costs,improve asset turnover efficiency and overall business profits.Finally,the company strategic plan is formulated,the three steps of strategy implementation are listed,and the four measures of strategy implementation,such as organizational structure adjustment,brand culture creation,human resource management and capital budget guarantee,are summarized to ensure the safe and orderly realization of the strategic landing of the company.
