Research On Post-use Evaluation And Space Design Of Commercial Leisure Sunken Square In Beijing

Commercial leisure sunken plaza began to appear in European and American countries in the middle of last century and became popular in China at the beginning of this century.Commercial leisure sunken plaza is a kind of public space form that arises at the historic moment with the diversification of functions of commercial buildings under the trend of three-dimensional urban development.It is a combination of sunken plaza and underground commercial buildings,which is of great significance for improving the value of underground commercial buildings and leading the new leisure mode of urban public space.Throughout its development,it has undergone great changes and improvements in functions,space design and other aspects,and has now become one of the most dynamic public Spaces.However,there are still many problems in the existing commercial leisure sunken plaza.For example,the public rest area of the plaza is too small to meet the diversified needs of the site,and the sunken plaza that appears to have no defects in design is often inconsistent with the actual needs of users.The reason is that many sunken squares pay more attention to the design in the early stage,but neglect the investigation and analysis of the actual use after being put into use.As a result,similar problems will still occur in the new design due to the failure of timely feedback and summary of design problems.Therefore,it is still necessary to conduct a comprehensive study on the commercial leisure sunken plaza.Based on the summary and analysis of relevant theoretical research,this paper selects Beijing commercial leisure sunken plaza as the research object,and according to its classification and characteristics,selects two typical sunken plazas in Beijing: Olympic park sunken plazas and blue harbor sunken plazas as the main research examples.Put research perspectives in the user's point of view,first through the use of after evaluation(POE),a comprehensive evaluation of the study of selected objects of its environment characteristics and regional transportation,space form characteristic has carried on the investigation and analysis,according to the POE research method to investigate the user accessibility for sinking square,usage,satisfaction and other data collected,get the user satisfaction degree of various factors,the various related experience description and feedback data are obtained.The POE evaluation index system was established,and the collected data were analyzed and calculated by means of semantic analysis(SD)and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Then on the basis of this,the author makes qualitative and simulation analysis on every aspect of sunken square space design.Finally,the design strategy and design principles of the commercial leisure sunken plaza are put forward,and the research conclusion can be applied to the construction and renovation of the commercial leisure sunken plaza,so as to provide reference for the future commercial leisure sunken plaza design.In order to improve the public space environment,and create a more pleasant,comfortable and dynamic modern urban public space.
