| At present, the industry with the largest energy consumption in China is the transportation industry, and 20% of the total energy consumption of the whole society is transportation energy consumption. This proportion is also increased due to the accelerated urbanization process year by year, the increasing traffic demand and the number of motor vehicles. It contains a lot of unnecessary energy consumption due to traffic congestion. After identifying the high-frequency large-scale street disorder space caused by traffic congestion in the city,it is found that it mainly appears in urban overpasses, large public buildings, and primary and secondary schools.Among them, the spatial disorder in front of the primary and secondary schools is due to its remarkable regularity. It is easier to adjust through planning means,so this study takes the space in front of primary and secondary schools as an example to seek planning and optimization techniques to solve the disorder of street space, thereby reducing unnecessary energy consumption in transportation energy consumption.First, this article summarizes the relevant theoretical research and practice of street space disorder at home and abroad. The selection and data sources of street spatial disorder research indicators at home and abroad are summarized. The street spatial disorder research indicators mainly include two parts: traffic status quantitative indicators and planning impact factors quantitative indicators;and the domestic andinternational street space disorder disorder identification stage, simulation stage, and impact factors are summarized.Study the theoretical models and algorithms used in the mathematical analysis stage,as well as the commonly used software and platforms in the research process;on the basis of defining the spatial disorder in front of primary and secondary schools, further extract the key technologies of the research on spatial disorder in front of primary and secondary schools.Secondly,an accurate method for identifying spatial and temporal disorder in front of primary and secondary schools is proposed, and based on this, the spatial and temporal characteristics of spatial disorder in front of primary and secondary schools are summarized in Xi’an as an example.Based on the real-time data, the determination conditions of the spatial disorder in front of the primary and secondary schools are clarified, and the traffic state quantitative indicators, temporal quantitative indicators and spatial quantitative indicators that quantify the spatial disorder in front of the primary and secondary schools are proposed.Further from the start and peak time point, duration and peak length of the spatial disorder in front of the primary and secondary schools, the temporal and spatial classification of the disorder, the classification of the disordered traffic state, the spatial distribution of the spatial disorder in the front of the primary and secondary schools at the urban level, and the spatial space of the disorder in the pre-school space The characteristics summarize the spatial and temporal characteristics of the spatial disorder in front of primary and secondary schools in Xi’an.Thirdly, using mathematical statistics and spatial superposition analysis methods to study the factors affecting the planning of spatial disorder in front of primary and secondary schools. From the four aspects of land use, road system, public transportation system and primary and secondary school planning, the planning influence elements of the spatial disorder in front of the primary and secondary schools were selected and the indicators were quantified. The correlation between them was analyzed, and based on this, through the two methods of mathematical analysis and spatial superposition analysis, further detailed analysis and research were carried out on various planning impact factors, and the planning features of the spatial disorder area in front of the primary and secondary schools were extracted. Finally, from the two dimensions of time and space, the planning optimization technology for the disorder of space in front of primary and secondary schools is proposed. In terms of spatial dimension, external factors suggest that the land of primary and secondary schools needs to be small and multi-type,primary and secondary schools should not be placed close to each other, bus stations and lines should be avoided to locate at the entrance and exit of the school, and other planning and optimization techniques. The distance between the mouths should be kept at least 150 m,and the scale of the block where the primary and secondary schools are located should not blindly pursue planning optimization techniques such as small scale. On the basis of space-dimension planning and optimization technology, based on the characteristics of all-day use of the space in front of primary and secondary schools, different time periods are divided, and a design method to achieve full-time use of pre-school space parking facilities and buffer sites is proposed as a time-dimensional planning and optimization technology.Based on real-time traffic data,POI data and other network open data, this paper proposes a method for accurately identifying the spatial disorder in front of primary and secondary schools.Taking Xi’an as an example,it analyzes the spatial and temporal characteristics of the spatial disorder in front of primary and secondary schools, and proposes the spatial disorder land in front of primary and secondary schools.Using the planning influence factors of four aspects, road system, public transportation system, entrances and exits of primary and secondary schools,we have completed the correlation study between each planning influence element and the spatial disorder in front of primary and secondary schools, and extracted the planning features of the spatial disorder area in front of primary and secondary schools. Finally, the pre-spatial out-of-order planning optimization technology of primary and secondary schools in two dimensions of time and space is proposed. |
