Research On Risk Management Of Construction Project Of XC Tobacco Direct Store In Longkou

The construction project of XC tobacco direct store in Longkou has a long duration and large investment.The construction will also be affected by the internal and external environment,and face a series of risks such as bidding,planning and design,construction,project settlement,etc.Risk management plays a key role in reducing the incidence of project risk events and improving the efficiency of investment.In this paper,the risk management of Longkou XC tobacco direct store project is taken as the research object,using AHP,fuzzy comprehensive analysis,etc.to quantify the risk factors of the project,calculate the weight,and put forward risk response suggestions,which has important theoretical and practical significance.The purpose of this paper is to analyze and control the risk of the project,so as to realize the better development of the project.With background significance and relevant concepts first introduced,this study designs a questionnaire according to the overall situation of the XC tobacco direct-sale store in Longkou,including the general implementation scope,the construction plan,the internal and outside environment.Delphi method is chosen to identify risk factors in the implementation of the XC tobacco direct-sale store in Longkou with multiple risk indexes finally determined according to the results of two rounds of Delphi questionnaires,which is then followed by AHP-based fuzzy synthetic analysis applied to calculate the weight vector and the comprehensive weight of the XC tobacco direct-sale store in Longkou,based on which is an analysis basis matrix constructed for the overall project risk and further for the corresponding risk control advice.
